Way to go, New York.
The sanctuary city is apparently the gift that keeps on giving, especially in terms of giving illegal migrants endless “get out of jail” free cards.
Literally.
Per a stunning report from the New York Post, yet another illegal migrant has gotten away with blatant assaults on police officers … and has rather predictably preceded to attack women after experiencing the joys of Alvin Bragg’s “zero bail” policies.
It’s a real shame that Bragg doesn’t even dedicate 0.5 percent of attention to illegal migrants that he did to Trump.
Which is precisely why illegal migrant violence continues to multiply across the city.
“A migrant accused in the beating of two cops inside a Manhattan shelter was busted again for snatching a woman’s cellphone and credit card – then was promptly set free without bail …
Alexander Ayala, 24, was charged with identity theft and possession of stolen property after the Aug. 12 heist … Authorities say Ayala grabbed the unidentified victim’s card and phone, then took off on a bike — then tried to use the woman’s Amazon credit card later that day at Gourmet 45, a deli on Third Avenue, and a T-Mobile store on Lexington Avenue, the complaint said,” the New York Post reported.
So, the illegal migrant has now assaulted two police officers and arguably endangered the life of a woman on two separate occasions, both of which entailed two separate arrests.
And was the illegal migrant finally placed in a jail cell for a slightly longer period of time?
Of course not!
Apparently angry that the illegal migrant’s crimes could not re-qualify for “zero bail,” woke prosecutors still demanded Ayala’s release, under the auspices of “supervision.”
“Prosecutors hit him with two counts of third-degree identity theft and one count of criminal possession of stolen property for his alleged crimes. But because the charges aren’t bail-eligible, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office asked the court to let Ayala go on supervised release,” the New York Post continued.
Pathetic. Little wonder New York is becoming more violent than ever.
Needless to say, comments on the New York Post article were quite hilarious, highlighting the ideology that is woke-ism.
“Maybe Ayala just needs to find himself? It has to hard adjusting to a new home. Maybe some free counseling would Help?” a commenter sarcastically remarked.
Now that’s funny. Though the illegal migrant would probably pursue such an opportunity if they were to obtain medications for resale purposes.
Other social media users noted the hilariously lax treatment that illegal migrants get, relative to Trump.
“Guess Trump should have stabbed someone in the subway, or pushed a woman in front of a train, or robbed a bodega… because in Alvin Bragg’s NYC you don’t get convicted for that stuff!” an X user joked in January.
Fair point.
Then again, Trump could sneeze in the wrong direction and suddenly be slammed with felony charges.
