Parents Score Major Win Against Woke School

In highly welcome news, parents have succeeded in winning against an ultra-woke school district that set out to effectively destroy their middle school child with an utterly unconscionable investigation.

Specifically over the absurd “mispronouning” obsession exhibited by the left.

In April, Rosemary Rabidoux was stunned to hear that her 13-year-old son had been abruptly subjected to a Title IX investigation, which caused her to go into near-immediate shock, as reported by WLUK.

“I immediately went into shock! I’m thinking, sexual harassment? That’s rape, that’s inappropriate touching, that’s incest. What has my son done?” Rabidoux questioned.

As it turned out, all that her son was “guilty of” was failure to use proper pronouns.

That’s right: A Title IX investigation was actually launched into a 13-year-old who dared to express discomfort with referring to a singular classmate as “they.”

Moreover, a friend of the 13-year-old also indicated that being forced to refer to a single person as “they” based on the other person’s highly likely sexual confusion runs contrary to the First Amendment.

Clearly, any reference to the First Amendment sends the left into a frenzy, which is probably why a school district filled with ultra-left “adults” decided to terrorize a 13-year-old who isn’t really comfortable kowtowing to their insane demands, dictated by the increasingly repulsive Democrat Party.

Which left the deputy counsel for the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, Luke Berg, decidedly unimpressed.

“Title IX sexual harassment typically covers things like rape, dating violence, quid pro quo sexual favors – really egregious stuff. There’s nothing even remotely close to that alleged in this case,” Berg remarked drily.

Two different attorney-penned letters to the woke school district later, it appears that someone with a brain realized that a war on a 13-year-old, via Title IX, over pronouns, likely isn’t a very good idea.

“We are pleased that the Kiel Area School District has finally ended its misguided Title IX investigation,” Berg announced, “While the District’s statement attempts to reframe the investigation, it was always primarily about ‘mispronouning.’ The District may not be willing to admit it publicly, but it has recognized that it has no legal basis to demand that our clients refrain from ‘mispronouning’ other students.”

Take that, wokies. And leave middle schoolers alone so they can focus on real learning, whatever real learning is left in public schools these days.

In truth, the entire war over pronouns is quite ridiculous, threatening to destabilize some rather fundamental elements of English grammar, starting with subject-verb agreement.

Frankly, how is one even supposed to use “they” properly in a sentence?

If Joe Smith decides he’s a woman, yet somehow wants to still be “they,” rather than she, then how exactly would even the basics of subject-verb agreement work?

For instance, consider the following:

Joe Smith is hungry. They is going to McDonald’s.

Not exactly proper, is it, though since Joe really is singular, “is” does make sense … when used with the real proper pronouns.

It would frankly make more sense if Joe identified as “she.”

After all, certain transgender athletes have zero issue doing so when they’re set to be guaranteed massive victory.

Exactly why are select middle schoolers becoming so obsessed with sexuality in public schools, anyway? What is it with Democrats and their perverse obsession with minors’ sexuality?

Perhaps the Clinton Foundation could provide a clue or two … hundred thousand.

Otherwise known as the same number of jobs Clinton promised in 2016 in New York (which failed) and the minimum US dollar amount Clinton charges for a tepid speech (which succeeded).

That’s right: Ms. Clinton apparently secures at least $200,000 per speech before she will even agree to it, no matter how mediocre, repetitive, and, at this point, borderline senile she sounds.

Nonetheless, the victory of parents over the school board further affirms the critical importance of turning out in droves in the midterms … and voting sex-obsessed Democrats OUT.
