While the media fawns all over the coronated communist Kamala Harris, other more serious developments have emerged, many of which are negative in nature.
However, a bright spot has appeared amongst these developments, namely fifteen states launching a lawsuit against the feckless White House for a massive freebie for illegals.
Apparently, the White House has decided it’s a great idea to expand Obamacare … to illegals, of course.
Which was rather evident in the recent rule change issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which apparently has an exclusive focus on freebies for illegal migrants.
The rule is titled “Clarifying the Eligibility of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Recipients and Certain Other NonCitizens for a Qualified Health Plan Through an Exchange, Advance Payments of the Premium Tax Credit, Cost-Sharing Reductions, a Basic Health Program.”
The major element changed includes the exact definition of the term “lawfully present.” And, as suspected, the term was amended to include DACA recipients, otherwise known as Obama’s “dreamers.”
At present, it is estimated that at least 700,000 “dreamers” live in the United States … yet well under 600,000 are even on formal record with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Yikes.
Little wonder that Kansas Attorney General Kris Kobach has filed suit alongside fourteen other states, asserting that illegal migrants should be given “a free pass” into the nation to effectively do whatever they want.
“Illegal aliens shouldn’t get a free pass into our country … They shouldn’t receive taxpayer benefits when they arrive, and the Biden-Harris administration shouldn’t get a free pass to violate federal law. That’s why I am leading a multistate lawsuit to stop this illegal regulation from going into effect,” Kobach declared.
Seriously. Especially as a regulation like that is highly likely to keep expanding.
And, of course, most people would rightfully suspect that this “rule change” won’t stop with “dreamers” … it will not be surprising at all if it keeps expanding to account for every illegal immigrant under the sun.
One of the most blatant “America Last” policies of all time.
Of course, Obama planted the seeds for this catastrophe long ago.
Perhaps his only honest campaign “promise” was how he was going to bring “change” to America.
Has he ever … and he appears intent on doing so indefinitely. Like teaming up with Pelosi to kick Biden out of the presidential process (again), when most sane former presidents have opted to live away from the cesspit of the swamp.
After all, exactly how many Bushes have meddled directly in the 2024 process for Republicans?
