While the aftermath of the 2024 election has been full of several hilarious moments, perhaps one of the most hilarious of all is the outright political tit-for-tat brewing between (wannabe) Empress Pelosi and pro-Communist Bernie Sanders.
Indeed, while the mainstream media and most Democrats scramble to blame literally everyone but themselves, Sanders has released the most salient commentary regarding why the Democrats really lost.
Indeed, Sanders released a statement very shortly after Trump’s resounding victory, making it rather clear that the Democrats really are the elitists that conservatives have long considered them to be.
“It should come as no great surprise that a Democratic Party which has abandoned working class people would find that the working class has abandoned them. While the Democratic leadership defends the status quo, the American people are angry and want change. And they’re right,” Sanders declared on X.
Thank you, Senator Sanders, for showing a tad more respect to Americans than others have.
It’s nice to see that he doesn’t “hate” Trump supporters either, as Comrade Kamala’s top fans have publicly proclaimed in the wake of her epic loss.
Of course, since all her top fans are effective DEI types, the media won’t call them out for their direct hate speech … even when the actually use the word “hate.”
That said, it should be noted that it is primarily the elitist, over-privileged, over-moneyed DEI types that are siding with Comrade Kamala … not so much people who do real jobs for a living.
“First, it was the white working class, and now it is Latino and Black workers as well,” Sanders detailed.
Another fact backed by data, one that the media is trying (hard) to overlook.
Especially as that data shows just how weak (wannabe) Emperor Obama’s influence really is.
“Will the big money interests and well-paid consultants who control the Democratic Party learn any real lessons from this disastrous campaign? Will they understand the pain and alienation that tens of millions of Americans are experiencing? Do they have any ideas as to how we can take on the increasingly powerful Oligarchy which has so much economic and political power?” he continued.
Hm, let’s see. Are Obama, Pelosi, and Clinton willing to give up their billionaires’ lifestyles despite creating absolutely nothing of value?
We all know the answer to that one … and so does Sanders.
“Probably not,” Sanders asserted.
Indeed.
Naturally, Pelosi did not take too kindly to Sanders’s commentary, as she promptly began to rant and rave after he released one of the sanest statements to date, at least from the left.
According to a hysterical report from the New York Post, Pelosi is rather ticked off that Sanders dared to tell the truth.
“I have a great deal of respect for him, for what he stands for, but I don’t respect him saying that the Democratic Party has abandoned the working-class families. That’s where we are,” Pelosi raged.
Is that so, Pelosi?
When, precisely, were the Democrats paying any attention to working class families?
Was it when they were handing out “free” hotel rooms and $1,500+ cash monthly, alongside countless other benefits?
Was it when they were hobnobbing in ultra-elitist Martha’s Vineyard, hilariously declaring a state of emergency upon the arrival of a grand total of 48 illegal migrants, courtesy of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis?
Frankly, Pelosi did not cite a single fact to back up her blanket statement, and that was clearly because she has nothing to stand on.
Digging herself even deeper into a self-deluded hole, Pelosi also refused to admit that Comrade Kamala’s loss was due to … well, Comrade Kamala.
Instead, she provided a rather weak defense of the incredibly unqualified DEI candidate, going as far as to claim that she was more popular than Sanders.
“Well, I just completely disagree. And, in fact, Kamala Harris ran ahead of Bernie Sanders in Vermont,” Pelosi huffed.
Is that so? The last time anyone checked, Sanders had immensely more popularity amongst younger individuals than Comrade Kamala, misguided as the younger people may have been regarding economic realities.
That said, kudos to many for seeing Harris for the phony she is, as she was hardly immensely popular amongst the youth.
“It tells you that the fact is, what we do, what our purpose is in the Democratic Party, is for America’s working families,” Pelosi continued, her self-delusion on breathtakingly full display.
On his part, Sanders refused to back down from Pelosi, repeating his exact same points, with even greater emphasis.
“Here’s the reality – the working class of this country is angry, and they have a reason to be angry. We are living in an economy where the people on top are doing phenomenally well, while 60% of our people are living paycheck to paycheck,” Sanders declared.
Notably, Sanders is not one of those people, having lived on the government dole for decades.
That said, he’s at least with it enough to call out Pelosi for her nonsense.
“We need an agenda that says to the working class we’re going to take on these special interests and create and economy and a government that works for you,” Sanders added forcefully.
Good luck with that.
Frankly, let’s all hope that Pelosi keeps rampaging away … she, much like the mainstream media and Obama, effectively campaign for Trump, not to mention other conservatives, in doing so.
