Noem Shreds Biden’s Shameless School Lunch Attack

The White House has really hit a new low with its gender madness, especially after the latest threat.

If you can believe it, the Biden administration is actually threatening to withhold funding for children’s school lunches if the public schools in question refuse to accept the White House’s radically reinterpreted view of Title IX protections.

Originally, Title IX protections were as follows: “The prohibition on discrimination based on sex found in Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 … to include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.”

According to the White House, refusing to allow males to traipse all over female bathrooms apparently violates their “gender identity.”

Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack affirmed the despicable position, declaring that “[the USDA] is committed to administering all its programs with equity and fairness, and serving those in need with the highest dignity.”

As if the USDA doesn’t have far bigger fish to fry.

Apparently, under the tenure of this Vilsack, they do not, as he continued to ramble on about all the various ways in which he wants the USDA to ensure that males have access to female bathrooms.

“A key step in advancing these principles is rooting out discrimination in any form – including discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity,” Vilsack boomed self-righteously, “at the same time, we must recognize the vulnerability of the LGBTQI+ communities and provide them with an avenue to grieve any discrimination they face. We hope that by standing firm against these inequities we will help bring about much-needed change.”

How about the vulnerability of female students afraid to use the bathroom if a bunch of boys claiming they’re women are milling about?

How about the vulnerability of the education system in general, which is clearly producing legions of younger people incapable of even an iota of critical thinking?

One thing is for sure: Governor Kirsti Noem of South Dakota isn’t having it, and she is understandably disgusted by Biden’s attempts to literally starve schools into submission.

“President Biden is holding lunch money for poor Americans hostage in pursuit of his radical agenda. He is insisting that we allow biological males to compete in girls’ sports or else lose funding for SNAP and school lunch programs,” Noem remarked in a formal statement.

Noem also called out the administration’s obvious disregard of girls and their vulnerabilities, which the White House has long ignored.

“South Dakota will continue to defend basic fairness so that our girls can compete and achieve. I would remind President Biden that we have defeated him in litigation before and are ready to do so again,” Noem added, reminding the White House of the wonders of checks and balances in a representative republic.

“Mr. President, we’ll see you in court,” Noem added crisply.

Noem is hardly alone in her sentiments, especially when accounting for the commentary from Jay Richards, Director of the Heritage Foundation’s DeVos Center for Life, Religion, and Family.

“The Biden White House is committed to fighting such states who resist the gender juggernaut,” Richards declared, “the threat from the USDA, to withhold funding for poor public school students in states that don’t surrender, shows just how radical the Biden Administration is on this question. And it’s a terrific opportunity for politicians who claim to defend families and parents’ rights to show their mettle.”

Seriously!
